Upon placing a successful order, the product(s) will be dispatched within a minimum of 2 (two) working days and a maximum of 7 (seven) working days.Your order will be delivered in Minimum of 5 (five) days to Maximum of 10 (Ten) days , please note that the receipt of the shipment may take up to 7 working days. We, under no circumstances, entertain or accept any cancellation once the order has been dispatched from our Fulfillment Center.

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Returns are chargeable. As lovely as our products maybe, we understand that sometimes the products do not meet your expectations. In that case, we do provide returns as a service for a fee (return shipping).

Missing product claims require an unboxing video. Any missing product claims have to be supported with an unboxing video of the order. The customer must make a clear video of opening the box and unboxing all articles from it at the time when they first open the box.

Items bought on sale are not eligible for returns. For items bought on sale, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Three-day return window. Products can be requested for a return within 3 days of receiving the article.

Non-liability for shipping delays. Fantasy Decor uses 3rd party courier services and is not liable for delays in shipping. We share approximate number of days required for delivery along with the tracking number. We also extend the best support possible to ensure that the products reach customers as soon as possible. For any time-sensitive orders, please feel free to reach our customer service team.

Orders cannot be cancelled/altered after 8 hours of placing the order. Once an order is packed/shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated as return if there is non-acceptance. For COD orders, Fantasy Decor reserves the right to deny future orders. In case of prepaid orders, The Fantasy Decor is not liable to refund the amount of the order if the order is refused or returned at doorstep. Any re-delivery requests will be chargeable additionally and will include two shipping and re-packing costs.

Returned orders to be packed and received in original condition. We would require the returned items to have their original packing. The merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We would also require all original papers to be returned with the product.
